This project is about Dwelling, but also about the exercise of domain of the city scale, this project intervenes on an urban void of the Avenida Santos Dumont. The intervention has as objective, to consolidate the block, considering the involving one and the people’s mobility that cross that void daily. Contiguous to this void, there  is the train line, but also the access point to the other side neighbourhood, called Bairro do Rego, through the level passage. 
The ground  floor, in pilotis, it functions as a free place,  except only when we have the acess blocks, wich  allows the permeability of this floor between the building and the street. We have two differents moments on the public space, one more private, ant the other one, related to the facilities, the commercial area of the building. This last square it is more related  to the main course , which invites people to use this public  space.
The several floors are organized through galleries, respecting the permeability idea of. There are three types of houses, the first one with one room, the second  one for three bedrooms, and last one it is a studio.
