From this place, we can see the Sintra’s mountain,  in our lot of 250 sqm, we found two houses, one of them the typical house of Sintra, and two annexes attached to each one of them. The main house, the oldest one, it’s for a single family, but we have more  buildings that support the programm for a renting house, an woodworkshop, a free and and informal that occupies one of the annex, and even a interior patio that have to serve several activities: to play, to sing, to meditate, to draw. The main house, the house saloia, will have the largest intervention, because it gathers characteristics that don’t assist completely to a good habitability and for that a new structure is inserted in its interior, involved by the robust walls of this old house.
